Some of my items arrived broken what do I do?

We take the utmost care in packaging your items in the best way possible. 
Should it still happen that a sheet of glass may arrive broken we are of course happy to refund you. 

Please reach out to our customer service team with your name, email address, order number and pictures of the broken sheet and the packaging. Our customer service team will respond as quickly as possible to arrange the return of the broken items.
