Returns and Exchanges

Return Window:
You have 30 days from delivery date to return or exchange items.

Acceptable Returns:

• Unused products in original packaging
• Non-custom sized glass sheets and consumables

Non-Returnable Items:

• Cut-to-size glass
• Custom orders

How to Return:

1. Contact customer support to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Pack items securely and ship to the address provided.
3. Refunds processed after inspecting returned goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Report within 48 hours for a swift resolution.
